This book is about a nine year old girl named Sassy Simone Sanford., and everyone calls her Little Sister. This book is told from Sassy's perspective, how hard it is to be nine years old, being the youngest in the family, watching your big brother and sister have all of the fun, being left out of the cool stuff you older siblings get to do just because you're younger, being in the fourth grade, and Mom and Dad ruling everything.
